Riccardo Longo, culinary and wine director of Gran Caffe L'Aquila, has personally selected these incredibly flavorful and sweet tomatoes for your authentic Italian experience.  They are produced in the magical & rich terroir of his family's Cilento zone, just below the Amalfi coast in Salerno, Campania.  

Riccardo recommends simply sautéing with a high quality extra virgin olive oil (Cilento DOP would be his choice), fresh basil and a pinch of Trapani sea salt.  Finish with your choice of grated Parmigiano, Pecorino, or Capretto.  Buon Appetito!
