Steel Hand-Held Corner Rounder 1/8" (3Mm) Corner Radius 3946-1510

This heavy duty steel hand-held corner rounder (P/N 3946-1510) rounds the square corners of your ID badges, 70-mil plastic cards or laminated paper sheets with a 1/8" (3mm) corner radius cut. Rounded corners help ID badges fit better in badge holders and reduce the cuts and scrapes that sharp corners cause.

A corner rounder is not a punch. It trims the corner of a card; it does not cut a slot or a hole in the face of the card, so it does not replace a slot punch or a round hole punch. This model cuts the smaller 1/8" (3mm) radius; a 1/4" corner radius version is a separate part number if you want a more heavily rounded corner.
