Entrust 525100-002 ymcKT Half-Panel Color Ribbon Kit for Entrust Datacard DS1, DS2 and DS3 Printers (formerly Sigma), 650 Prints

The Entrust 525100-002 ymcKT print ribbon kit is designed for Entrust Datacard (formerly Sigma) DS1, DS2, and DS3 direct-to-card printers. Its half-length yellow, magenta, and cyan panels support card designs that use color only for a photo, logo, or another limited area, while full-length black resin and clear topcoat panels cover the card.

The manufacturer rates the ribbon for up to 650 panel sets. One complete panel set is used for each printed side, so a design that uses the full sequence on both sides produces approximately 325 double-sided cards. This ribbon is most efficient when the color portion of the design fits within the half-panel print area.

Datacard DS series printers use RFID to identify compatible genuine Entrust supplies and apply ribbon-specific settings. Each print ribbon kit includes one ribbon, one isopropanol cleaning card, and one adhesive cleaning roller so routine cleaning supplies can be replaced with each ribbon change.
