Tozzetti is the word used in Abruzzo, Umbria & Lazio for biscotti. They are very similar to Tuscan cantucci. Although cantucci are traditionally made with almonds, Tozzetti have various fillings. Here we have a chocolate filled tozzetti.
Great on their own or dipping in coffee/tea!
