As you might imagine, I have a giant and ever-expanding list of books I'd like to own and\/or read (and stacks of new books sitting in front of shelves that won't fit them). A couple times a year I try to collect what I've learned and make a few genre-based collections, highlighting some of the most amazing books people have chosen or recommended. I have a cookbook problem (i.e., there is no space left in our house for even one more, but that doesn't stop me), and recently I've been completely inspired by Christina Tosi's \u003cem\u003eMomofuku Milk Bar\u003c\/em\u003e, Ottolenghi's \u003cem\u003ePlenty\u003c\/em\u003e, McEvedy's \u003cem\u003eLeon\u003c\/em\u003e and Bi-Rite Creamery's \u003cem\u003eSweet Cream and Sugar Cones\u003c\/em\u003e.
